Choice of repairer

Many insurance providers offer a choice of repairer to their customers so it’s important to check your insurance policy in detail. Even if Holmes is presently not a partner repairer network for your chosen insurer, we may still be able to repair your vehicle. After all, it’s your vehicle and you should have the choice of who you entrust to repair it to its pre-accident condition!

Car Craft Accident Repair Centres are a network of quality smash repairers and panel beaters who are recognised leaders in the collision repair industry and the first choice of the motoring public for smash repairs and vehicle maintenance. Established in February 2011, Car Craft Queensland Ltd reflects the objectives and successful business model of its parent company in Western Australia, founded in 1987.

Membership in Car Craft is by invitation only. Prospective members undergo rigorous checks by the Board to ensure they will enhance the network’s reputation and maintain the high standards of quality workmanship and superior service expected of Car Craft smash repairers and panel beaters. The Board, made up of seven directors who are owner/operators of member businesses, meets bi-monthly to guide the organisation’s strategic direction.

Car Craft members are experts in the collision repair industry. They understand the importance of delivering high-quality repairs promptly and will manage the entire process—from assisting with insurance claims if required to ensuring your vehicle is restored using the correct methods. For customers not at fault in an accident, Car Craft can assist with third-party claims. Member businesses are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and have the experience, equipment, and expertise to ensure you receive a quality repair in a timely manner.
